Capabilities:

Vita Cortex manufacture polyurethane block foam at our Cork block plant, and non-woven polyester fibre at Vitabond in Athlone. These and other products are then converted in to suites of foam and fibre to meet the exact requirements of our Customers in the furniture industry.

Upholstery products are produced at our plants in Cork and Belfast.

All our CM upholstery grades meet the requirements of S.I. No. 316 of The Industrial and Research and Standards (Fire Safety) Domestic Furniture Order, 1995 issued by the Irish Department of Enterprise & Employment.

The CM upholstery grades also meet the requirements of U.K. S.I. 1988 No. 1324 Consumer Protection The Furniture and Furnishing (Fire) Safety Regulations, 1988 AMD 1989.
